  Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds or complimentary services for requests made after 7 days from your appointment. We encourage you to reach out promptly so we can ensure you love your look!

• As of August 1st 2026, We updated our service pricing! While we work to resolve a display issue, the service list display may show outdated "Starting At" prices. Please note: A 40% deposit is required to secure appointments for services $80 or more. Certain hair color services require a deposit as these appointments reserve hours of your stylist’s time.
